A lot of perishables are shipped with disposable packaging and insulation. However, we have found the performance of our styrofoam coolers to be superior at keeping your order at a safe temperature on its way to you.
These coolers are very durable and can be reused many times, but we need you to send them back in order to keep them in circulation!
We now charge a $25 deposit to cover of the cost of returning our cooler. As soon as you send it back to us, we refund the $25 to your card.
The $25 deposit has been added to the cost of each bundle, so you will not see it as a separate charge with your order. You will receive a prepaid UPS label with your order. You may either drop off your box at a local UPS store or other UPS affiliate, or contact us to have a pick up scheduled at your address.
